Home has a cozy front porch for sipping coffee or cocktails. The screened in back patio gives you complete privacy to enjoy the heated pool. A baby safety pool fence is available if needed. The patio also has a gas BBQ, table and chairs and a sofa to relax in. The fenced in backyard has a spacious fire pit & ample room for your dog and kids to have fun. There is an oversized private outdoor shower with hot & cold water for rinsing off after a day at the beach . All BR's have TV with cable and WIFI. Separate Laundry Room with brand new washer & dryer. All amenities for the beach included. High Chair & Pac-n-Play for baby.
